Contact/Returns

Online purchases have 20 days once customer receives the item(s) to be returned. 

We offer only returns in the form of store credit, no refunds.  

Item/s must be unworn/unwashed with original tags attached. On sale items/jewelry/accessories are FINAL SALE. 

Always remember to read instructions on tags before washing any items.

Please email hello@luminasouth.com for instructions to return your items. Once your item/s are received, you will be issued an online store credit code (does not expire) to use online to use on a future purchase. The code should be entered in the discount box at checkout.
